Good to know
Often sharper results
Shorts are generally available in high resolution, so an inserted image tends to stay clearer than on platforms that compress more aggressively.
High frame rates
Some Shorts run at 60 frames per second, so one frame lasts only about 0.017 seconds. The timecode in the results tells you exactly where it sits.
Short videos only
Videos up to three minutes are supported, which covers every Short. Private videos are not supported.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with regular YouTube videos?
Yes, as long as the video is public and lasts under three minutes. Longer videos are not supported.
Which link formats are accepted?
Links from the Share button and addresses copied from the browser, including youtube.com/shorts/ links.
Why does the analysis give me several candidates?
Fast cuts and flashes of light can look like inserted images. The score tells you how much a frame stands out: the highest ones are the most likely.
